3. Payment Methods
We currently accept:
Online payments via debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking (secured through our payment gateway via Cashfree)
Cash on Delivery (COD) – only available within Bangalore city
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
South India: 4–5 working days
Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai): 6–7 working days
Remote areas: May take longer depending on logistics provider
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
📦 Note: In case your parcel appears physically damaged at delivery, please reject the package and notify us immediately at pawfactionblr@gmail.com.
5. Returns and Refunds
We aim to deliver only the highest quality products. However, returns are allowed only under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return/Refund (within 5 days of delivery):
Pet supplements
Bowls (feeding or water bowls)
Products must be:
Unused
In original condition with packaging
Returned with a valid reason and photos (e.g., damaged or wrong item)
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
Dog or cat food
Dog or cat treats
Cat litter
Perishable or hygiene-based items
Refunds (once approved) will be processed within 7–8 business days to the original payment method.
6. Cancellations
If your order is cancelled before it is shipped, there are no charges.
If cancelled after dispatch, a ₹100 cancellation/delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
